After some argument, learned counsel for appellant submitted that this appeal may be dismissed with liberty to the appellants to approach the Claim Tribunal as directed by M.A.C.T., Moradabad vide order dated 12.12.2024. He submitted that there is some delay in filing petition, therefore, this Court may condone the same. 2. Accordingly, present appeal is dismissed with aforesaid liberty. 3. Needless to say that while filing claim petition, petitioner is having remedy to file delay condonation application, therefore, there is no occasion for the Court to condone the delay at this stage.
