In this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner is with regard to mutating the Khata in respect of the property in question in favour of the petitioner as per representations dated 24th March, 2017 (Annexure-F) and 23rd April, 2025 (Annexure-G). 3. Heard Sri. Omkara Murthy G., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Omkara Murthy G., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the property bearing Survey No.59 measuring 1 acre 10 guntas situate at Bettahalli Village, Nelamangala Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District was granted to the petitioner on 26th June, 1998 and accordingly, Saguvali Chit was issued, which is produced at Annexure-E. 5. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representations dated 24th March, 2017 (Annexure-F) and 23rd April, 2025 (Annexure-G) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
