Devananda, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. N. Jyotsana, learned counsel on behalf of the respondents. [2] MC(CONT. CAS(C)) No. 133 of 2025 is filed by the petitioners for impleadment of Shri Anurag Bhajpai, IAS, Secretary (Transport), Government of Manipur as respondent No. 3 in CONT. CAS(C) No. 117 of 2025 as he is a new incumbent. It is submitted that the proposed respondent No. 3 is a necessary party in considering the contempt petition. [3] Mr. M. Devananda, learned senior counsel for the respondents, has no objection. [4] Accordingly, MC(CONT. [7] It is submitted that step has already been taken to the newly impleaded respondent No. 3. [8] MC(CONT. CAS(C)) No. 133 of 2025 is disposed of. [9] Mr. M. Devananda, learned senior counsel for the respondents, submits that Director (Transport), Manipur has written a letter dated 15-12- 2025 to him about the progress made in complying the direction of this Court about the appointment of 14 persons in die-in-harness scheme and some time may be given for necessary compliance. [10] Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel for the applicants, submits that some time frame may be given. [11] Mr. M. Devananda, learned senior counsel for the respondents, undertakes that on the next date, the respondents will make an endeavor to fully comply the earlier direction of this Court.
