2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“It is, therefore, prayed this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and set aside the
order dated 28.05.2018 passed by the learened Judicial Magistrate First Class Champa in Crime No. 24/2018, in the interest of justice..”
