GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above writ petition has been filed to declare the action of respondents 5 to 12, at the behest of respondents 3 & 4, in changing the entries in respect of Ac.0.37 cents in Sy.No.115/1D; Ac.1.39 cents in Sy.No.115/2A; Ac.1.39 cents in Sy.No.115/2K; Ac.0.48 cents in Sy.No.92/A; Ac.0.25 cents in Sy.No.115/1G and Ac.1.39 cents in Sy.No.115/2E of Nariganipalle Village, Ramasamudram Mandal, Madanapalle Division, Anamayya District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Ms. M. Vinodin Ruth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue SRS,J W.P.No.19247 of 2025 appeared for respondents 1 to 4. Notice of respondents 5 to 12 is dispensed with since no adverse orders are passed against the rights and interests of respondents 5 to 12. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a statutory appeal before respondent No.3, wherein an interim order was granted vide Roc: B4/3636/2020, dated 27.07.2023 (Ex.P1). 4. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would confine the arguments and urged this Court to direct respondent No.3 to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner vide Roc.B4/3636/2020. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue did not refute the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned respondent No.3 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Roc: B4/3636/2020, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three (03) months, strictly per law i.e, the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules made there under. No order as to costs.
