The grievance of the applicant is that the opposite party has not complied with the conditions prescribed in the order dated 23.5.2024. The applicant has the remedy to file an execution application for execution of the decree of the Prescribed Authority and it is not a case to institute proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
