It is submitted by Ms. Choudhury, learned counsel that during pendency of this appeal, the appellant, Troilokya Nath Mohan already expired and to that effect she has also produced a death certificate of the said appellant Troilokya Nath Mohan and as per the death certificate, the appellant died on 01.05.2019 and the death certificate was also issued accordingly on 15.05.2019. In view of the above, the present appeal being infructuous stands disposed of. The copy of the death certificate of the appellant Troilokya Nath Mohan produced before the Court today by Ms. Choudhury, learned counsel be kept as part of the record. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
