The petitioner is the soie daughter of deceased and her Lecturer in Maths 3. mother was initially appointed as Junior 3 14^ Department in YVCRCSP (Defunct), Junior College, Karamchedu Prakasam District, in the year 1990 and later her services regularized. She was redeployed to Yarlagadda Annapurnamba Government Girls Junior College, Chirala, Prakasam District, in the year 1998 and she continued to serve there till she passed away on 14.11.2017. She is survived by husband, who is unemployed, and petitioner, who is on the date of filing this writ petition pursuing final year Engineering Course. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 15.03.2018, to the respondent, for considering her case to appoint as Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds, in terms of were G.O.Ms.No.112 dated 18.08.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.612 dated 30.10.1991. However, the same is pending for consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even now, the said representation stands unattended and as the deceased is only sole bread winner, the petitioner being her daughter, is entitled to be considered for compassionate appointment. 4. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the case of petitioner will be considered by disposing the representation made by her, in accordance with law. 6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation 4 submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance dated 15.03.2018 with law and pass appropriate speaking orders, within a period of six of this order.
