GP FOR ENDOWMENTS The Court made the following: ORDER:- Heard Sri Ch.C.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Srinivas Pathuri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments. 2. Challenging the notice issued by the 5th respondent dated 06.08.2024 under Section 83 (2) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable Hindu 2 Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, the present writ petition is filed. 3. It is contended by the petitioners that they have raised certain Zinc Sheet Sheds, shops on the road margin of the main road of Atmakur, S.P.S.R.Nellore District in Sy.No.1964. In the said shops, the petitioners have been running Medical Shops, Cloth shops and Fancy shops etc. 4. Pursuant to the issuance of notice by the 5th respondent, the petitioners have submitted their explanation and the orders on the show cause notice were also passed. Challenging the said proceedings, it is stated that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Endowments Tribunal in A.S.No.8 of 2024. The said appeal is pending for consideration. 5. In view of the above, since the writ petition is filed challenging the notice issued under Section 83 (2) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, the writ petition does not merit consideration. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
