Also heard Mr. S. Borthakur, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Mr. B. Kaushik, leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that in view of the fact that the sole respondent herein had Page No.# 2/2 attained the age of 57 years on the date when the post of Principal in Nazira Girls Higher Secondary School had fallen vacant, the sole respondent who was petitioner No. 1 in WP(C) No. 426/2024 would not be eligible even to hold a charge of the post of Principal of the school in question. The learned counsel for the parties have agreed that the eligibility of the petitioner No. 2 in WP(C) No. 426/2024 having also been laid to rest by this court vide judgment dated 13.06.2024 in WP(C) No. 426/2024, the respondent authorities would now proceed to consider the case of the petitioner No. 2 in the said writ petition, for engagement as In-Charge Principal of the school in question. In view of the above, agreement arrived at between the parties, the present review petition need not be detained further consideration and accordingly the same stands closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
