Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(A) Issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus against the Respondent to produce the Corpus before the Hon'ble Court as he was detained without any information to him family members since 25.02.2025. (B) Issue Writ Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent to set his liberty forthwith." 3. On 28.2.2025 following order was passed:- "1. Heard Sri Rakesh Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jai Narayan, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. On mentioning urgency the present petition was called for after reporting. 3. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions received on urgent basis submits that the petitioner is in jail pursuant to the criminal proceedings initiated against him. He may seek detailed instructions in this regard. 4. Put up as fresh on 7.3.2025." 4. Admittedly, the corpus has been released, therefore, present petition has become infructuous. 5.
