Learned counsel for the respondents has provided a photocopy of the communication vide order No ERA/DF/2025/6005 dated 25.03.2025 of Accounts Officer J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency jammu/Sringara addressed to the Bank Manager, J&K Bank Ltd. Civil Secretariat Branch, Moving Jammu/Srinagar, regarding the transfer of an amount of Rs. 12, 03,226.00 (Rupees Twelve Lakh Three Thousand Two hundred and Twenty Six Only) from Bank Account No. SGB-42 maintained in the said branch to Account No. 0021040100032730 of Smt. Monica Pathania maintained at Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd, Shalamar Road, Jammu. In view of the above, the order passed by this Court on 26.04.2023 stand complied with, as such, the proceedings in the contempt petition are closed and contempt notice stands discharge.
