The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI submitted that, as can be from the complaint, all the allegations made pertain to the Tahsildar and RDO in connection with disbursing compensation amounts relating to land acquired by the Government under the National Highways Authority Act. It contended that such matters do not fall within the jurisdiction of the CBI Court, and therefore, appropriate orders may be passed.
