1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused- petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the accused-petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2025, charge-sheet has already been submitted and the matter is exclusively triable by Magistrate, therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of bail application. It is contended that the petitioner is a habitual offender and against him 10 cases are pending out of which 6 cases are registered in the year 2025 under various provisions of law relating to theft etc., therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be dismissed.
4. Heard and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the arguments advanced and after going through the criminal record of the petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.
6. Accordingly, the instant bail application filed by the accused- petitioner is hereby dismissed.
