The applicant has preferred this application under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhuita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 08/2024 registered at Police Station Bhatgaon, Distt. Sarangarh-Bilaigarh ( CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2) and 506 of the IPC. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. He prays that, the trial Court may be directed that, if applicant surrenders and files bail application, then it be decided on the same day. 3.
