CMP No.23250 of 2025 By way of this application, a prayer has been made that in the judgment that was announced by the Court on 10.09.2025, there is a typographical error therein as the relief granted to the petitioners qua the restoration of electricity, water connection is not reflected in the order. As there is no serious dispute to the prayer made in the application, this application is disposed of with the direction the judgment passed by this Court on 10.09.2025, be modified by adding the following line in Para-8. “In the meanwhile, the electricity and water connection of the petitioners be also restored.” Let fresh judgment be prepared and uploaded in terms of the order passed.
