The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to Page No.# 2/2 inadvertence, certain vital facts regarding disposal of an earlier application have not been incorporated in the application and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Application with the liberty to file afresh after incorporating all those facts in the application. The prayer is allowed. The Anticipatory Bail Application stands closed on withdrawal with the liberty as prayed for. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
