19.08.2024 issued 6threspondent in cancelling the results of the elections conducted on 17.08.2024 to the School Management Committee (SMC) of Mandala Praja Parishad School, Kondapeta Village, Kalasapadu Mandal, YSR District and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay the letter dt.19.8.2024 of the 6th respondent addressed to the 5th respondent in cancelling the results of the elections conducted on 17.08.2024 to the School Management Committee (SMC) of Mandala Praja Parishad School, Kondapeta Village, Kalasapadu Mandal, YSR District, pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

ORDER:
1. The Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents more particularly 6th respondent who addressed a letter dated 19.8.2024 to 5th respondent in cancelling the results of the elections conducted on 17.8.2024 for the School Management Committee (SMC) of Mandala Praja Parishad School, Kondapeta Villaage, Kalasapadu Mandal, YSR District wherein the petitioners got elected as Chairman and Vice-Chairman as illegal, arbitrary and without any power and authority, and consequently set-aside the letter dated 19.8.2024 issued 6th respondent in cancelling the results of the electiosn conducted on 17.8.2024 to the School Management Committee (SMC) of Mandala Praja Parishad School, Kondapeta Village, Kalasapadu Mandal, YSR District.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and prays to dismiss the same as infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
