Both the parties have settled the matter outside the Daily Lok Adalat and have filed the compromise deed in the prescribed form. 3. The award was explained and read over to both the parties present before the court and they agreed that they have settled the matter in terms of the filed compromise. The 2 compromise be made part of the award. The compromise deed filed before the Daily Lok Adalat runs as under:- “Both the parties to settlement the claim on the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- as lum-sum (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) only without interest only in terms of the above mention agreement/settlement the present A.O.
