GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of a 'order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.14692/2024/AA3 dated 03.02.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity]. 2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original order was not served on the petitioner, only a copy was sent to Whatsapp and therefore, the petitioner is not able to file the same and a photo copy of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 37 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows: '37.
