ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ of Mandamus - a) Declaring the actions of Respondent No. 4 in interfering with the pending civil dispute as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional b) Direct the 4th Respondent to refrain from coercing the Petitioner to settle the dispute extrajudicially c) Direct the Respondent No. 4 not to call the petitioner to the Police Station without issuing notice, d) And Pass.…”
2. Heard Sri T.Ashok Srivastava, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil dispute.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute.
5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute, since no crime has been registered against the petitioner.There shall be no order as to costs.
