This Criminal Revision has been preferred against the Judgment dated 06.12.2023, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Godda, in Criminal Appeal No. 66/2023, in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No. 149/2023, Ε.Νο.-170/2023, for allegedly committing offence u/s 376AB of IPC and u/s 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, whereby the learned Court has been pleased to dismissed the Criminal Appeal No. 66/2023 filed on behalf of the Petitioner against the order dated 03.10.2023 passed by the Court of learned Juvenile Justice Board, Godda. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instruction submits that this petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted. 4.
