JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 05/08/2025 1. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application (1/2025) for taking amended cause-title on record is allowed. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant on the application for suspension of sentence and perused the material available on record. 3. Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case and the material available on record and considering the fact that the applicants were on bail during trial. However, the [2025:RJ-JP:30027] (2 of 2) [SOSA-1517/2025] disposal of this appeal is likely to take considerable time, but without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, I am inclined to suspend the sentence of the applicants-Shobharam S/o Shri Rambilas and Hari Singh S/o Shri Rambilas, Resident of Sherganj, Police Station Indargarh District Bundi, awarded by judgment dated 16.07.2025 by Session Judge, Bundi in Session Case No.(CIS No.114/2022). 4. It is, therefore, ordered that the sentence of the applicants shall remain suspended till disposal of the appeal and they shall be released on bail, provided they furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the trial Court to the effect that they shall appear before this Court on 09.09.2025 and as and when called upon to do so. 5.
