JUSTICE SOUMITRA SAIKIA ORDER Date : 28.11.2025 Heard the learned counsel for the parties. In reference to the earlier order dated 15.10.2025, whereby, Justice Abhay Manohar Sapre, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India was appointed as the prospective sole arbitrator to decide the disputes and the differences arising between the parties out of the agreement concerned, Jutice Abhay Manohar Sapre former Judge of the Supreme Court of India has filed the written declaration as required under the provisions of the Act of 2016, expressing no difficulty or handicap in conducting the arbitration as a sole arbitrator as appointed. In view of the written declaration received, which is placed with the case records by the Registry, the appointment of Justice Abhay Manohar Sapre former Judge of the Supreme Court of India as a sole arbitrator is hereby confirmed. The parties will appear on 12.12.2025, before the arbitrator appointed is no other date is fixed prior to that by the learned arbitrator.
