IA NO: 1 OF 2005(WPMP 11864 OF 2005 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the recommendation made by the Garden Superintendent vide GS2/ 812/TML/2000, dt.25-08-2001 and GS2/812/TML/2000, dt.5-3-2002 pending final disposal of the writ petition and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
