The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.181 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kujanga, arising out of Kujanga P.S. Case No.87, dated 25.02.2025 for commission of alleged offences under Sections 109, 115(2), 126(2), 296,3(5) and 351(3) of B.N.S, 2023. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that because of case and counter case, false allegation has been made against the Petitioners. Hence, they seek pre-arrest bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 5. This Court perused the OPD prescription of the injured and the statement on record including that of the informant. 6.
