Also heard Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in respect of the NDPS Case No.172/2025, arising out of Nagaon P.S. Case No.84/2025 registered under Section 61(2)/123 of the BNS, read with Sections 22(c)/25/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985. 3. 11 (eleven) persons are reportedly named as prosecution witnesses but, none of Page No.# 2/2 them are examined till now. Therefore, let the Trial Court examine at least 3 (three) witnesses and after that the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again to seek regular bail. 4.
