Orders passed by the respondent towards compliance of judgment in question have infact been placed on record of Execution Petition No.1202/2024, (Devta Laxmi Narayan versus Deputy Commissioner, Kullu) decided on 24.02.2026. Learned counsel submits that though in this petition, compliance report has not been filed, however, in view of compliance affidavit filed in Devta Laxmi Naryan, petitioner is satisfied with the compliance carried out by the respondent. Therefore, present application be closed. Learned counsel further submits that liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievance.
