:: ORDER :: The grievance of the petitioner is that the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadhar Passbooks Act, 1971 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’) before respondent No.3 has not been disposed of. 2. Heard Sri BRS Kalyan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 6. Notice of respondents 7 to 12 is dispensed with of since no adverse orders are passed against the rights and interests of respondents 7 to 12. 3.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.3 will dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the same. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner under
