The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 03.11.2017 passed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal in R.P.No.1206/2012 vide Annexure-F. 3. After arguing the matter for some time, Sri.M.E.Nagesh., counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for renewal on 27.04.2021. However, the same is pending consideration. Counsel therefore, submits that the Writ Petition may be disposed of directing the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21129 WP No. 5301 of 2018 first respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to dispose of the application that has been filed by the petitioner on 27.04.2021 in accordance with the law within four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. Because of disposal of the Writ Petition, pending interlocutory applications if any are disposed of.
