Learned counsel appearing on both sides are present. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite their best efforts, they could not get instructions from their parties and reports no instructions. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
