2.
The Co-ordinate Bench had already dismissed LPA No.437 of 2024, preferred by the State against the lead case on 06.12.2024.
3.
Keeping in view the said decision we had also dismissed another LPA No.6 of 2025, titled as State of Himachal Pradesh & Others versus Ishwar Dass on
04.01.2025.
4.
In view the above facts, we do not find any reason to entertain the present appeal. Accordingly, in
order to maintain parity, we dismiss the appeals for the reasons given by the Co-ordinate Bench in LPA No.437 of
2024.
6.
Consequently, the applications for condonation of delay stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
