The appellants were all nominated to various posts in the Agricultural Marketing Committees for a tenure of one year. During the interregnum, by virtue of the orders impugned in the 3. writ petitions, the petitioners’ tenure was curtailed which was challenged by the petitioners (appellants herein) before the learned single Judge, who dismissed the writ petitions on the ground that since the appointment was made for political considerations, the tenure could be therefore curtailed. 4. Learned counsel for the appellants placed reliance upon the judgment rendered by this Court in Kosuri Radha v. State of Andhra Pradesh [WA.No.684 of 2024 and batch decided on 20.05.2025] to bring home the point that the case of the appellants was similar as the one which was before this Court in the aforementioned decided case. 5. Learned counsel for the parties agree that the tenure of one year for which the appellants had been nominated is since over and, therefore even if we were to decide the present set of appeals, it would not enable the appellants to go back again and work against various posts in the Agricultural Marketing Committees. 6.
