BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE N. UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR ORDER Date : 21.11.2025
Mr. A. N. Iqbal, learned counsel for the petitioner, after attempting to argue the matter at some length, prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition. It is to be noted that Mr. P. S. Lahkar, learned CGC, appearing for the respondents had at the outset raised an issue of maintainability of the writ petition. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner and also on perusal of the averments made in the present writ petition, not disclosing, any cause of action for which a writ petition would be maintainable, this Court permits the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed on withdrawal. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
