GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 6. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 5 and 6 are not surveying and fixing the boundaries in respect of an extent of Ac.2-55 cents in Sy.No.71 of Narayanareddypalle Revenue Village, Sambepalle Mandal of Annamayya District (hereinafter referred to as “subject property”), despite the online application No.SBA012500535570 dated 27.06.2025. 3 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject property. The petitioner made an application dated 27.06.2025 (Ex.P.1) requesting the authorities to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries of the subject property. However, the respondents 5 and 6 failed to conduct the survey. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on oral instructions, would submit that the respondents 5 and 6 will consider the application Ex.P.1 per the procedure. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the respondents 5 and 6 to consider Ex.P.1 application, conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries to the petitioner’s land of an extent of Ac.2-55 cents in Sy.No.71 of Narayanareddypalle Revenue Village, Sambepalle Mandal of Annamayya District strictly by following the A.P.Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
