The present I.A. has been instituted praying for substitution of the original petitioner Abdul Jabbar, who during the pendency of the present proceeding has passed on, on 21-11- 2025, with his legal heirs. The prayer for substitution is not objected to by the learned Sr. counsel for the Page No.# 3/3 respondent. In view of the above, the original petitioner Abdul Jabbar be substituted by his legal heirs in the following manner: “On the death of the petitioner, Abdul Jabbar, his legal heirs/ legal representatives 1(a) Najma Hazarika, age 53 years W/o Abdul Jabbar, 1(b) Nissar Hazarika, age 30 years S/o Abdul Jabbar 1(c) Sahin Hazarika, age 23 years S/o Abdul Jabbar all are resident of Nagaon Town, PO & PS Nagaon Town, in the district of Nagaon, Assam, Pin 782003.” With the above observations and directions, the present interlocutory application stands disposed of.
