The Division Bench on 29.07.2024 had quashed the final assessment order dated 25.04.2024 and consequential recovery. The opposite party was to decide the matter afresh on the objections of the applicant. 2. In the affidavit of compliance, in paragraph 4, it has been stated that the objections have been decided by a reasoned order on 18.08.2025, copy of which, has been brought on record as Annexure 1 to the said affidavit. 3. In view of said fact, as the order of writ Court has been complied with, present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed. 4. Contempt notice stands discharged.
