The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer: 2 “It is therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and may further be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 23.06.2018 (Annexure A/1) passed in Criminal Revision No. - 219/2018 passed by 1st Additional Session Judge Raipur, of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.) Arising out of the order dated 27.01.2017 passed in criminal case no. 220/17 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur (C.G.) of taking cognizance under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act against the applicant and discharge the applicant in interest of justice. ” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has been completed in the present case, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 4.
