Raghunandan Rao) The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the detenues have not been arrested and have only been called for counseling. It is stated that various complaints have been received against the detenues to the effect that they have been tearing up publicity material and flexes being set up by rival political parties and that they are sought to be counselled to refrain from doing such acts. 2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the detenues would not be detained in the police station for these reasons. He further submits that Section 41-A notice would be given to the detenues in the event of any complaint being registered against them in relation to any offence, which attracts punishment of less than seven years. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the all detenues to approach this Court in the event of any future difficulty.
