Sudhakar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V. Vinod K Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Ms. A. Jyothi Ratna, learned Junior Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL. 2. Ms. A. Jyothi Ratna, learned Junior Standing Counsel for APSPDCL has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Assistant Engineer, Operation/Rural, APSPDCL, Pakala, Tirupati District. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the power supply of the Writ Petitioner has been restored. The Written Instructions would also indicate that there has been resistance put up by the Unofficial Respondent No.6 herein while restoring power supply, and that the Respondent Authorities were compelled to seek assistance from the local Police at the time of restoration of power supply. 4. Having regard to these facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Official Respondents to initiate suitable legal action if there is any other episode of this nature on the part of Unofficial Respondent No.6 in the future. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 3 6.
