Sri Abhishek Ahuja, learned counsel appearing for the Bank has informed this Court that because there were defaults in the payment of the various instalments, the proceeding under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act") had been initiated and thereafter the property had also now been sold off. 2.
