The present I.A. has been filed praying for impleading the present incumbent in the post of Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, P&RD Department, Assam as respondent No. 3 in the present proceeding. This Court has perused the contention made in the I.A. and finds that the respondent stated to be implemented in the connected contempt case is the authority who would be required to implement the directions passed by this Court for violation of which the connected case has been filed. In view of the above, Smti. Keerti Jalli, Commissioner, P&RD Department, Assam is impleaded as respondent No. 3 in the connected contempt case being Cont. Case (C) No. 741/2022.
