2.
The allegation in the F.I.R. is that the niece of the informant who was staying with the informant was abducted by this petitioner.
3.
Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that there was some love affair between the parties, thus, a false case has been lodged. He submits that this is not a case of abduction. He further submits that though in the F.I.R., age of the petitioner is shown as 19 years but in fact he is aged about 16-17 years.
4.
Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the girl is aged about 17 years, thus, she is a minor.
5.
I have heard the parties and gone through the case diary. Para-17 is the statement of the victim. The victim stated that she got acquainted with the petitioner and they became friends. On 16.09.2023, at night, this petitioner came in the vehicle with an intention to marry the victim. Both of them left and went to Chakradharpur, Chaibasa (Ckp), where they stayed together for five days in the house of the sister of this petitioner. The victim categorically stated that there was no physical relationship between them. Thereafter it was informed to them that the instant case has been filed, thus they returned. She further categorically

stated before the Investigating Officer that she does not want to return to her house.
6.
Considering the statement of the victim, I am inclined to enlarge this petitioner on anticipatory bail.
