THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED. CONCILIATION ORDER The appellant – husband and the respondent – wife are present. Joint Memo duly signed by both parties have filed before the Lok Adalat and the same is placed on record, which reads thus: “The petitioner and the respondent who are the husband and wife have settled their disputes amicably in Criminal MIS.52/2024 before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Chikkaballapur and are residing together and leading happy married life. The petitioner and the respondent have filed Joint Memo in Crl. Mis. 52/2024 wherein the Petitioner husband undertakes to withdraw the present MFA No.4240/2023 filed against the Judgment and decree passed in MC 16/2022. Now the petitioner and respondent have settled all their disputes and are residing together and in pursuance of re-union of the petitioner and respondent, the petitioner husband is withdrawing this petition. Hence, both the parties request to dismiss this Miscellaneous First Appeal as withdrawn”. 3 2. Placing reliance on the Joint Memo, this Miscellaneous First Appeal is dismissed as Withdrawn.
