W.P.No.4676 of 2024 after the employees were terminated from service and the benefits were deposited into their account and accepted by them. Subsequently, an approval petition has been filed by the management which is still pending before the Labour Court. Hence, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition. 3. In the light of the above, the writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the workmen to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
