The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karon P.S. Case No. 23/2025, registered under Sections 191(2)/ 191(3)/ 190/ 127(2)/ 132/121(1)/121(2)/262/263/109/351(3)/352 of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner moved before this Court in A.B.A. No. 3226 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12.06.2025. He further submits that in changed circumstances the present anticipatory bail application has been filed and 14 co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 4058/2025 vide order dated 13.08.2025, in A.B.A. No. 5002/2025 vide order dated 01.09.2025, in A.B.A. No.5476/2025 vide order dated 18.09.202 and in A.B.A. No.5638 of 2025 vide order dated 22.09.2025. He then submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in paragraph 9 of the application. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that ( 2025:JHHC:29484 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 5652 of 2025 earlier the petitioner has filed anticipatory bail application before this Court which was dismissed as withdrawn and in view of that, this anticipatory bail application may not be entertained. 5. It appears that anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed as withdrawn on 12.06.2025 and subsequently thereto fourteen co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As. by orders dated 13.08.2025, 01.09.2025, 18.09.2025 and 22.09.2025 respectively. In the changed circumstances, anticipatory bail application can be maintained and further the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in paragraph 9 of the application. Further considering that allegations are made against 200 unknown persons and 40 persons are named in F.I.R, prima facie it appears that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur, in connection with Karon P.S.
