1. It is informed by learned counsel appearing for the respondents that after the remand order was passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Jaipur dated 16.07.2024, which was
[2025:RJ-JP:35857-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-933/2025] challenged before this Court, the order has been passed afresh by the Tehsildar and the same is also under challenge in appeal before the Additional Commissioner, by the appellant.
2. Considering that the appeal against fresh order which reiterates the earlier order is already pending before the Additional Commissioner, Jaipur, we do not find any reason to entertain the present Special Appeal (Writ) against the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
3. It is made clear that the observations made by the learned Single Judge in the order impugned before us, would not come in the way for fresh adjudication by the Additional Commissioner, Jaipur.
4. In view of the aforesaid observations, the present Special Appeal (Writ) is accordingly dismissed.
5. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
