KAMAL ORAL ORDER After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for petitioners submit that petitioners would seek appropriate remedy as provided under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act and also endeavour to repay the amount to the respondent-Bank within two months. However, in view of ensuing auction scheduled to be held on 22.05.2025 she submits that petitioners be granted interim protection. 2. Submission taken on record. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty as sought for. Respondent-Bank may proceed with the auction as notified. However, confirmation of sale be deferred for a period of thirty days thereafter.
