By this application, the applicant-respondent no.3 seeks permission to release the amount of compensation on his correct name as per the Adhar Card and Bank Passbook along with accrued interest. 2. It is pointed out that this court by order dated 21.3.2025 allowed the respondent nos.1 and 3 to withdraw 50% of the amount which falls in their respective shares along with proportionate interest deposited by the appellant and accrued interest. 3. The submission of the applicant is that in the record of proceeding pending before this court, the name of respondent no.3 is recorded as Kirti s/o Dhyaneshwar Bagde, however, in her Adhar Card and Bank Passbok, his name is recorded as Kirtiratn Dnyaneshwar Bagde and, therefore, he is facing problem to withdraw the amount as there is no correct name in the proceeding. 4. The parties are directed to correct the name of respondent no.3 in the appeal memo as well as the impugned judgment which is under challenge before this court and after the amendment, the amount be released in the correct name of the respondent no.3. 6. The application stands disposed of. FIRST APPEAL NO.227 OF 2026 The record shows that the service on respondent no.5 is till date awaited. It is pointed out that the respondent no.5, while deciding the delay, was served by paper publication.
