The present application has been filed with a prayer for staying the proceeding of examination of DWs till disposal of MC(EL. Pet.) No. 58 of 2044. MC(El. Pet.) No. 58 of 2024 has been filed with a prayer to strike out prayer no. 3 of the El. Pet.
